It was just a few weeks shy of his thirtieth birthday when Roy Ladson, Jr. faced a life-threatening attack on his body only hours after reaching a major milestone: performing on the legendary Bobby Jones Show. After ministering his hit song “Thank You,” no one could have imagined that the Gospel Quartet community would soon unite in prayer for his very life.

While traveling home, Roy suffered a devastating asthma attack that caused both of his lungs to collapse. For days, his family and friends waited with heavy hearts and unwavering faith as God revealed a miracle before their eyes.

Today, Roy Ladson travels the nation not just as a singer, but as living proof that prayer changes things. His life stands as a testimony that when God has a purpose for you, no sickness, setback, or storm can stop His plan.
